This movie has no plot, no relatable characters, no compelling story
Official submission of Portugal for the “Best International Feature Film” category of the 97th Academy Awards in 2025. I have never been so bored at a movie theater, but I stayed through it out of respect for the other viewers.

The comic relief is completely unfunny (seriously, why do we still make fun of women insulting men? It evokes no feeling other than a deep sense of irritation and waste of time.
It is really oddly paced and downright boring
Some of the shots are pretty (if you’ve never been to Asia) and I have to appreciate the use of traditional Asian music. However, it’s not enough to make up for how poorly structured it is and how pointless this movie really is.
